Car drifts right after multiple alignments – bent frame possible?
Car drifts right after multiple alignments – bent frame possible?
I've had my 2012 BMW 650i aligned three times at two different shops in the past six months and it still pulls to the right on any straight road. The printouts all show everything within spec, and the tires are new and properly inflated. No uneven tire wear yet, but the pull is constant and annoying especially on longer drives. A shop that specializes in European cars suggested it might be a slightly tweaked subframe or chassis from a previous accident that wasn't properly repaired, even though the car has a clean history report. I've been looking for comprehensive frame alignment abu dhabi services that have a laser measuring system to check if the chassis is actually straight. Has anyone here fixed a persistent pull that multiple alignments couldn't solve and found it was a bent suspension mounting point or subframe? What did it cost to fix? I'm trying to decide if it's worth chasing or if I should just live with it since the car drives fine otherwise. Also open to other ideas if anyone has experienced something similar. Thanks.
